GPF ethical channel

GPF PARTNERS SGEIC, S.L. (hereinafter, “GPF”) has an internal information system, into which its ethical channel is integrated, in accordance with Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of individuals who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption.

The ethical channel allows you to communicate, in a secure and confidential manner, actions or omissions that may constitute regulatory violations, breaches of the internal rules of conduct, of the internal policies and procedures of the GPF or any other irregular conduct related to the activity of the GPF.

Communications may be made in an identified or anonymous form. In any case, the confidentiality of the identity of the reporting person, the affected persons and any third party mentioned in the communication will be preserved, in the terms established by the applicable regulations

GPF expressly prohibits any act of retaliation, threat or attempt to retaliate against individuals who communicate information and meet the protection conditions established in Law 2/2023.

The communications received will be analyzed and, where appropriate, investigated with objectivity, independence, confidentiality and respect for the presumption of innocence, the right of defense and the honor of the persons concerned. As a result of the investigation, GPF may take appropriate corrective, disciplinary or legal measures and, when the facts may constitute a crime, it will transfer the information to the competent authority.

The ethical channel should not be used to present deliberately false information, mere rumors, complaints relating exclusively to interpersonal conflicts, or commercial inquiries or complaints unrelated to their purpose. The use of the ethical channel does not prevent the reporting person from contacting directly the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority, A.A.I., the competent regional authority or the corresponding institutions.
